Success can feel like a double-edged sword—it certainly was for me. You’re thriving on paper—achieving goals, delivering results, and proving yourself at every turn. But behind the scenes?

Exhaustion, overthinking, and the relentless pressure to keep it all together.

I know the struggle. At 29, I was already Director of two departments at an international company — leading teams, delivering results, and pushing through burnout. The first time, I powered through, ignoring the signs, popping a few tablets for insomnia and anxiety, and pretending everything was fine. The second time, burnout hit so hard I couldn’t keep going. My body gave me no choice but to stop.

That’s when everything changed. I stepped back and addressed what was really causing my burnout. After countless courses, readings and practices, I found the perfect formula to not just recover but thrive and live forever burnout-free, and I felt inspired to share it with other ambitions women like me.
